I believe that women can have it all and be it all. I believe we can be feminine, sexy, girly, strong, smart, creative, funny and irresistable all at the same time. Stick-thin is NOT ideal - curvy and healthy is. I find so many things fascinating and beautiful that I find it impossible to limit myself to just a few. If I could, I would take every child in need, at-risk teen, challenged individual and abused pet into my heart and care for them, teach them to be smart and show them that there are people who are worthy of trust - and who do love. I am by no means an angel or a saint, and I am not super-religious. I swear, am somewhat overweight and in the past I have had to fight off my own drug habit. Even now, I still have to fight depression, and I think I will have to battle with it for the rest of my life. I really admire people who, in spite of media attention, continue to be positive example for us all, no matter what religion they belong to.

Behind every successful man is a surprised woman.
-Maryon Pearson Nobody can make you feel inferior without your permission.
-Eleanor Roosevelt-
You, I am sorry to say, need to be put out to pasture. You are old and run down. You look like you are seriously hurting. You have had a good, long and productive life. You have served me well - however, in your last days, it has become evident that you are out of shape. My bruised and sore tushy bears silent testimony to this fact. My back has cried out in pain for the last time. (Ow! ) It is time to put you out of your (my?) misery.
I got a new office chair today! I am SO happy! It is so comferbuls - I could almost sleep in it! I was hoping to have a piccy of it to show you but for whatever reason, it will not show up. Oh well. It's a high-back padded mesh office chair with padded arms. M . of course, was the perfect boyfriend and he carried it out of the car, into the house, and helped me put it together. I will have to show him later how grateful I am.
In other news - I have my voice back! I am to go back to work tomorrow! I am HEALTHY again! I can sing too! I'm more of an alto now though - but hopefully not for long. I am practicing a little every day. I can sing along with my music again - but I will try and spend just as much time listening as I do singing, from now on. I know that singing along with music that I love is my instinctual response, but I believe I have to listen too, so that I remember on a conscious level why I love that music.
